Tona Bell and her husband, Randy Rosenthal, start Tricycle Communications. Tricycle was formed as a Woman Owned Business (WBE) for the express purpose of accelerating brands in pharmaceutical and medical device.

1998: Tricycle Studios pioneers interactive videos
Tied to his passion for exceptional storytelling, Randy Rosenthal pioneers interactive videos to train, educate and communicate complex messages and helps to redefine the boundaries of digital communication.

2005: Tricycle adopts a complete high-definition workflow
While Adobe adopted the high-definition workflows for "Hi Def" video in late 2005 and Corel in 2006, Tricycle was an early adopter of the up-and-coming high-definition video workflows that became a standard in the industry years later.

2009: Internationalization & WordPress
Tricycle is transformed by its client into a global marketing provider in eleven different languages. Also, adopts a five-year-old content platform (WordPress) and implemented for 20 enterprise clients.

2010: Tricycle's Most Prestigious Award Yet...
Annually, MM&M awards leaders in the medical/pharmaceutical space for excellence in marketing. In 2010, Tricycle's work for Johnson & Johnson won the award for 'Best Interactive Initiative for Healthcare Professionals." Not only a key win for our client, but against ALL other mammoth agencies across the globe.

2012: Tricycle Studios delivers the first version of hi.
The hi platform was Tricycle's first software offering. hi has been deployed for clients from small to large enterprises (start-up to Ethicon) across medical, med-device, retail clients.

2014: Johnson & Johnson - James E. Burke Award
Johnson & Johnson awards Tricycle with the James E. Burke 'Global Best of Show' Award. To this day, this our most cherished win in our history.
James E. Burke The James E. Burke Awards were created to honor one of the most accomplished marketers and chairmen in the history of Johnson & Johnson. In 2000, Mr. Burke received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and in 2003 was named "One of the Ten Greatest CEOs of All Time" by Fortune Magazine.
2018: Tricycle Marketing expands to data & metrics
A wise man once said, "Only measurable results matter." In 2018, Tricycle invests heavily in data, analysis, metrics and predictive technologies. Tricycle plants its 2018 flag on measuring and metering every initiative it puts into market. The new rigor in prediction, measurement and post-mortem has sharpened the acuity of every one of Tricycle's clients.
