COVID-19 Update

We are deeply committed to supporting our customers and team members in these unprecedented times. It’s our highest priority to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our team members, while continuing to provide business services to our partners. With the rapidly evolving nature of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, I want to take this opportunity to share with you a few updates from Tricycle Marketing.


Client COVID-19 Digital Communication

In a unanimous vote by Tricycle Marketing’s leadership, we will be providing all digital marketing support for our current clients free of charge (up to a defined maximum) in their communication of their COVID-19 activities, plans and responses. We have already executed several projects and will continue to update those as more information becomes available. We truly feel like we are an extension of our clients’ teams and are here to support when budgets and bandwidth may not be at its best. For more information on this benefit, feel free to reach out to Adri Odu at adri.odu@tricyclemarketing.com.


Team Member Protection

We always take care of our people, and they in turn take care of our clients. Tricycle Marketing’s leadership team is committed to not eliminating or furloughing any positions or cutting back work hours or compensation. This is a time to stick together, support one another and keep the wheels of our clients and our company in motion. 


Team Member Safety

The health, safety and well-being of our team members is our top priority. Based on the evaluation of risk communicated by the WHO and CDC, we have closed our office to safeguard our team members from exposure to the virus while maintaining business. 

Given the significant concern around the coronavirus, we instituted a company-wide moratorium on travel. Normal operations are occurring through Zoom and RingCentral meetings both internally as well as with clients.

We continue to closely monitor reports from the WHO and CDC and are doing everything we can in these uncertain times to continue to provide services to you and your business. We will provide updates with additional information as needed.
