Simplify and streamline. We deconstructed their core materials to create an interactive asset – a digital library of succinct, visually interesting brochures, patient education materials and videos integrated into Tricycles's iPad app. The app facilitated more productive conversations that matched the clinical sales environment, i.e., reps could present a high-level overview when time was short and go into more detail-based learning when they had more time.
Sales leadership achieved their objectives, and reps responded very positively and attributed direct sales to the app.
